What changes can occur in a student after studying sociology?

Studying sociology enables students to acquire the following skills: the ability to understand the causes of social differences; the ability to understand the social problems and issues of society; knowledge of the relationship of technology and the environment with society in everyday life and the factors that influence society.

Other motivational changes:

1. Increased ability to understand society

2. Man is a social being, and despite being a model of mistakes, the human race is superior to all living beings, it becomes able to reach its deeper meaning.

3. Increased ability to understand society and social relations

4. Increased ability to understand social issues and know their functional impact

5. Moving towards new development and progressive paths with critical thinking

6. Increased social tolerance

After understanding sociology, the students or readers become open-minded teachers, leaders, aware citizens of society, writers, etc. The solutions to social problems start emerging in their thoughts.

Sociology provides the ability to understand different cultures and traditions, which creates tolerance and sensitivity in the student towards the customs and traditions of other cultural societies. There is integration in emotional relationships. The ability of social research increases in students and after establishing relationships with new subjects, a book of new concepts and ideas is formed. After understanding society, the reader becomes an active aware citizen of society and plays an important role in society.

Sociology increases the ability to reason, which increases unity in social relationships.

Sociology does not confine the student to any particular field or subject but can integrate the knowledge of all subjects, which makes the study of all the concepts of the subject easy according to the sequential list.

When the student studies the subject of sociology in a systematic and continuous scientific manner and moves towards his goal, then he becomes a motivational speaker, teacher, leader, researcher, a genius with great ideas, and the ability to lead society. The student's confidence, courage, and goal reveal his ability before society. If the student lacks the experience or courage to speak in front of the whole class or gathering, then to overcome this, he can find a way to communicate with people by making a questionnaire related to the subject, through which the student can gain courage and experience in speaking.

The ability to achieve any goal can be acquired only through social interaction. Reading can make students thoughtful and knowledgeable, but the ability to express thoughts and knowledge can be acquired only through the study of sociology, the reason for this is that in this social research study, social research is successful only through social interaction. Similarly, many research papers can be written by reading history books and relating them to current situations, but still, it is related to social knowledge. That is, sociology makes the student an active student, with which he plays his role as an important and active citizen in society.

In the next blog, we will come up with notes on the key concepts of sociology.
